After submitting my online application, I was invited to take a skills test for the role, which took about a month to happen. The test covered clerical skills, Excel, and Word, using older versions of MS Office (2000 or 2002). I got word that I passed the tests. Then, about a month later, I was asked in for a Panel Interview. The interviewers were nice and stuck to a script, mostly asking behavioral questions. I felt good about the interview and thought it went well, but I didn't end up getting an offer.

I applied online and got an email for testing. I studied the practice tests on spelling/grammar, sorting/classification, and math. About 15 people attended the test. I got an email the same day saying I "failed" the test. I asked by email for my score, but they said they don't disclose test scores. I did fill out an optional questionnaire asking for my date of birth. I am 61 and don't look it. I've also worked for top executives and doubt I failed the test. I've spoken to others with the same experience, and this seems like a pattern of age discrimination. I know I did well on the test. Most interview reviews are from people just out of college.
