- What is your approach to deescalating a heated situation?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was really great. First, I had to take a test and practice for it. It involved listening to calls and typing information. I also practiced math and timing, and had to look in the corner for account numbers, which is a big detail. Once I passed that, I had to prepare for the interview. Practicing STAR method is the key and a great detail with that. Then they called me. Overall, I had a positive experience.
- How would you deal with challenging customers?
Customer Service Representative
A recruiter set up the interview. It was a group interview with a panel of supervisors and management. They mentioned they often promote from within and asked why I thought I was the right fit.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Why would you be the right choice for us?
