Solid interview process with 2 rounds total. First round had one quantitative and one qualitative case study, second round had a behavioral interview and another quantitative case study. The HR was unprofessional, though, running late for all meetings/calls and missing one entirely.

The interview was quick and direct. I spoke with two managers: one was the project manager and the other was the program manager. They asked direct questions about my previous projects and the tools I've used. It seemed like they were mainly assessing my attitude and communication skills. It's a good idea to really know the job description before you go in.

I applied online through my school's portal. It took about 3 weeks to hear back. First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter who asked about software I knew and my interest in the company. Then, I went to their headquarters for two more interviews. The first round had two interviewers, and the second round had three. They had specific questions and rating sheets, and seemed more focused on writing notes about my answers than on me.
