I applied online and got a call back the very next day to schedule an interview. The interview itself was really good, they gave me a lot of useful info about working there and the staff was super friendly. It felt like more of a conversation than a typical interview. However, after that, there was a 90-day waiting period where all my calls and emails were ignored before they finally told me I didn't get the job. They really dropped the ball on communication. My friend went through the exact same thing.

Applied online, then got a call from HR saying the nursing manager was interested and set up an interview. Had an interview with HR where they asked standard nursing questions. Then interviewed with the nurse manager who discussed the position, asked nursing questions, skills questions, and questions about strengths. Went through reference checks. The job offer is pending a background screening and physical. Overall, it was a really smooth process. HR was very kind, and the nurse manager knew a lot about the hospital and the unit. I got to tour the unit and meet some of the staff. It was a great experience!

The interview was efficient and informative, with a low-pressure, relaxed atmosphere in a private setting. I felt I had enough time to ask my questions. I was also given a tour of the facility and had the opportunity to ask further questions about the physical environment afterward.
