Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied on 1/23/24 and had a screening call with the recruiter (M-MP). On 2/2/24, I interviewed with the hiring manager for 30 minutes. Then, on 2/16/2024, I had a 3.5-hour onsite panel interview. I met with the Director of HIM, the VP, managers, and team leads. I also got an office tour. The hiring manager walked me out and mentioned they were interviewing one more person. They accidentally sent me another interview invite for the next Friday, but I didn't hear back. I emailed the recruiter for an update, assuming I didn't get the job, and asked if they knew of a better fit for my skills. I requested direction and got ghosted. I still haven't heard back and don't plan to reapply.

Applied online, then got a call from HR saying the nursing manager was interested and set up an interview. Had an interview with HR where they asked standard nursing questions. Then interviewed with the nurse manager who discussed the position, asked nursing questions, skills questions, and questions about strengths. Went through reference checks. The job offer is pending a background screening and physical. Overall, it was a really smooth process. HR was very kind, and the nurse manager knew a lot about the hospital and the unit. I got to tour the unit and meet some of the staff. It was a great experience!

I went to a job fair and had an interview scheduled for ED Tech, but even though I scheduled it, I waited a long time and there was no actual interview. The ED Tech team leader just walked around with me and another person, and we didn't talk or have any basic conversation. After that, I shadowed for 2 hours without getting paid. I tried to contact the team leader who set it up for 10 days and didn't hear back until today when I called for the third time. She was really rude and dismissive and said it wasn't her job to follow up. It's disrespectful and unprofessional to not give any information about what happens next, not return calls or emails, and then treat me badly like I should have known the process. I'm definitely not applying to any more jobs with this health system.
