We had 17 candidates interviewing. They asked us questions from our resumes. Some questions were about tax, market shares, introductions, relocation, and general finance topics. The panel was nice and interactive. They only chose one person out of all of us.

Candidates who passed that moved on to a Group Discussion (GD) round, and then those who did well in the GD round proceeded to a Personal Interview (PI). It was mainly three levels. First, there was an online test that included aptitude, computer knowledge, general knowledge, and English. They gave us the syllabus beforehand. Then, there was a group discussion, mostly on common topics. For example, the topic I got was "whether politicians need retirement age." Finally, there was an interview.
