Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sourcescrub.
Business Development Representative
The interview process was efficient and friendly overall. It was pretty standard: first, a phone screening with the internal recruiter, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager, and finally, a chance to meet with Senior Account Executives and Sales leadership. It moved quickly but didn't feel rushed, and everyone was really upfront and clear about everything.
- What was it about Sourcescrub that drew you in?
Business Development Representative
It was a lengthy interview process with several stages. I found the company really interesting and the overall interview experience to be positive. I gained a lot of knowledge about the company and the industry throughout the four stages. I'd suggest it to anyone looking into tech sales, especially in fintech and data providers.
- Can you describe a challenging sales situation you faced?
Business Development Representative
It was a three-step interview process. First, there was a phone interview with HR. Then, a zoom interview with the BDR manager. Finally, there were four interviews with different members of the sales team, including people at various levels.
- What is your approach to handling rejection?
- What motivates you to pursue a career in sales?
