Business Development Representative
The interview process was efficient and friendly overall. It was pretty standard: first, a phone screening with the internal recruiter, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager, and finally, a chance to meet with Senior Account Executives and Sales leadership. It moved quickly but didn't feel rushed, and everyone was really upfront and clear about everything.
- What was it about Sourcescrub that drew you in?
Recruiter
I applied for the job after seeing it on LinkedIn and the team reached out to me really fast. The whole process was super quick and easy. I had three interviews: first with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally a round with four other people from the team and other departments. Everyone was on time, really nice, and made me feel comfortable. They kept it conversational, which was great.
- Can you describe some creative methods you've used to connect with potential sales hires?
- What's your approach to making sure candidates receive feedback?
Sales Development Representative
I was initially contacted by external recruiters and then had a one-on-one online call. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview which included both personal and technical questions. I also had to give a 10-minute presentation about something I'm passionate about. The whole process was really pleasant, and everyone was friendly yet serious about their work. I actually enjoyed it and it made me want the job even more. Unfortunately, I made it to the final stage but didn't get an offer.
- Why did you choose sales?
- Can you explain your journey into this career path?
People Operations Coordinator
The hiring process was really bad because of the lack of communication from the company and the talent team. I gave them a whole week's worth of times that I could talk, and then I didn't hear back. I tried following up with the person I was talking to, but still nothing. I wouldn't bother applying if you don't want to work with a company that's disorganized and doesn't care about your time.
