First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sourcepass.
Cyber Security Analyst
It's a pretty quick and easy interview process. Once you get endorsed, there are only two interviews: one with the team lead and then one with the manager or director. No drawn-out stages or many rounds.
- Describe your approach to handling security incidents.
Escalation Specialist
You will have 3 interviews: 1 with the recruiter, 2 with the tech guys, and 3 with the hiring manager. They were all great and easy to talk to and very easy going.
- What makes you a strong candidate for this role?
Helpdesk Technician
The hiring process was really quick and smooth. There were several steps, but they were scheduled fast and they were really good about respecting my time. First, I spoke with HR for an initial interview. Then, I met with my direct manager, and after that, I had meetings with the service managers.
- What motivates you and what led you to pursue a career in IT?
Field Technician
I interviewed with HR and then the hiring manager a few days later. I then waited a week to find out I didn't get selected and they re-posted the job. I asked for feedback via email but never received any.
- Questions about ethernet were asked, a lot of them, which seemed irrelevant to the job I was interviewing for.
