The interview process involved three interviews which took about 3-4 weeks. After the interviews, I was told the interview was clear and was offered a salary. I accepted and waited for 7 days with no response. When I followed up with HR, she mentioned needing approval from the COO. After waiting another 2 days with no response, I called again, and she assured me it would be cleared within a day, but she didn't follow through. A subsequent call revealed issues with the project due to a high CTC, leading to uncertainty about the offer. HR advised me to pursue other opportunities, suggesting I shouldn't waste more time waiting for their offer letter, as I had already spent nearly a month on their hiring process.
