First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SourceFuse.
Full Stack Developer
The interview process was very smooth with 3 rounds. The first was an HR round where they asked questions from my resume, specifically about my projects. The second was a technical round covering OOP's, DSA, Javascript, and Databases. The third round was with the manager. I cleared all rounds and received a call from HR for joining. However, a week later, they emailed to say the management decided to hold the Full Stack Developer Internship Program.
- Basic OOP's and Database.

I got a call from SourceFuse and then they sent me one assessment. After clearing the assessment round, there was one technical round. In this technical round, I answered almost all the questions except 2,3 easy ones. Then the interviewer asked me an easy DSA question and I solved it within 5 minutes. The interviewer then asked if I had any questions. Since I answered most questions, I knew the result, so I asked what the next round was about. After a week, when I asked for feedback, HR told me the feedback was not positive. I didn't understand how they evaluated me, I am really disappointed with the interview process. The company needs to monitor interviews so it's not entirely dependent on interviewers' feedback. It's like, 'Oh, you think you are selected,' but that is totally my choice (rejected lol).
- Basic questions on React, Node, and JS, plus some output-based questions and one easy DSA question.
- How to print the occurrence of characters in a string with spaces and then sort them.

The interview process started with the 1st round, which was divided into four sections. Section 1 focused on Aptitude with 11 questions in 15 minutes. Section 2 covered Data Structures with 15 questions in 15 minutes. Section 3 dealt with Object Oriented Programming, having 7-8 questions in 15 minutes. Finally, Section 4 was the Coding round, featuring 3 coding questions.
- Did you solve the question about finding the minimum path between two points using directions like North, South, East, West?
- Were you asked to find the minimum number of insertions needed to make a given string a palindrome?
- The third coding question was about a popular contest where participants have energy levels based on an array A[i].
