First there were three phone interviews, followed by two rounds of panel interviews. The HR team was very responsive and asked about my certifications, which I already have. I found their HR group to be the most impressive part of the company. However, I suspect their PMO might not be very effective, which raised some concerns for me.

Had a phone interview with HR and then two zoom interviews with a panel of 4 people. They asked multiple questions in each interview. It took a while after the last interview to get an offer.

Had a TEAMS interview. It was supposed to be six employees interviewing me, but only three showed up. Two of the three kept their cameras blocked, which gave off a really bad first impression. The questions were situational/behavioral, asking me to use the STAR method.
