The interview process involves 3 rounds. First, you meet with the technology-based team lead or head of the department, and finally, HR. The questions are not too difficult if you have worked well on your skills. It's a good company for starting a career with good work-life balance, but there's not much promotion and there's micromanagement.

Multi-part interview: First, a phone call with HR, where they reviewed my CV and career goals. They responded very quickly. Then, a technical part where I had to explain my skills and what the company is looking for. They also responded very quickly to this. Finally, a meeting with the team.

Behavioral Technical

A phone call (just a formality and a chat), then they proposed an interview which lasts half a day. There was a group presentation of the company and its offerings, where we could chat and introduce ourselves to the speakers, followed by a simple summary. Then, two interviews with operational staff: a standard interview, no tricks, just digging into your personality, motivation, and career plan. They said I'd get an answer within 24 hours, and then an offer.
