I had a quick hiring process, taking about 2 weeks max, with 3 interviews. One of them was a case study that included market sizing. I met with a senior consultant, a partner, and the director of the BU.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

It was a really good process overall. I first connected with a recruiter who then set me up with the company. The only downside was that there were several people involved, which led to some bureaucracy. The first interview was a video call to get to know each other better. Then, there was a technical interview with a live coding challenge. They expected experience with .NET, TDD, DDD, and software patterns. I also had to complete a personality test at home, and we discussed the results during that same interview. The reference check was super easy because it was online, allowing references to choose between writing a review or speaking with someone.
