The hiring process was really long: 1: Qualification interview: 10-minute phone call with an HR person. 2: Interviews with 2 business developers. 3: Several interviews with project managers or engineers for specific roles (4 in total). 4: Technical interview with an Operational Director and an engineer with 20 years of experience. There was no communication between interviews. In the technical interview, they told me I wasn't worth much and should aim for a technician role. They also mentioned their average pay is 10% below market rate. They were supposed to get back to me with an answer. I followed up twice and never heard back.

The hiring process was quite long, involving at least 3 interviews. Everyone I interacted with, from the managers to HR, was professional and nice. The interview with the regional manager was very informative about how the company and its dev teams operate. There were also technical questions in the subsequent interview.

There were 4 rounds in total. The first was a technical MCQ test. It was harder than usual tests but easy if your basics are clear. Make sure to prepare data structures. The second round was an algorithm test. You don't need to prepare for it because if you're smart enough, you'll crack it. It's tough and challenging and a lot of filtering happens in this round. Next was a group discussion (GD) and a personal interview. The overall difficulty of the interview was average. Study your project.
