I got recommended by someone at Sophos for a sales job. I had a good call with the Talent Acquisition team in January and they said I'd get a second call. It's been over a month and still nothing. The Sophos employee who recommended me has asked the Talent Acquisition Team about it twice already, but no response. This process has been really bad compared to other companies and doesn't seem like Sophos's usual culture.
