It was a quick process, took about 2 weeks. Started with a recruiter chat to go over the role and what they were looking for. Then I spoke with the QA manager about my interests and expertise. Next up was a technical chat with the team about SDET concepts. Finally, I had a talk with the QA manager and his boss about my future goals, behavioral aspects, and their company culture. I got the offer and accepted.
