It was excellent. There were about 6 interviews, but I felt very comfortable. Everything was super fast, within a week I had the first interview. They had me interview with many parts of the area in charge.

Had a first phone call with the HR manager in the UK, then an interview with the Italian Sales Manager. He only asked about my current company's internal processes, not about the role itself. I never got any feedback, even after sending 3 emails and a LinkedIn message to the HR manager. They never replied, so it felt like a waste of time and showed no respect for candidates.

It was a pretty smooth interview process. A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we had an initial call about my background and what I'm looking for, and about Sophos in general. Then I had two Zoom interviews with the Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Director, where they asked some basic questions and about scenarios I've faced, to see if it was a good fit for both me and Sophos. After that, I visited the Dallas office and met the team. The final interview was a Zoom call with the Sales Leader and Sales Manager, which led to a verbal offer. The whole thing from start to finish took less than three weeks, and everyone was extremely professional.
