The management team seemed unprepared for the interview, with disorganized paperwork. The atmosphere was too relaxed, and they ended up interrogating my personal background, making judgmental comments about my appearance and race. During the interview, they avoided eye contact and fidgeted with objects. They didn't appear enthusiastic or interested in interviewing me. The interview was held in the staff locker room, which was very distracting and made it hard to concentrate. They lacked energy and failed to mention any company pros or benefits.

The interview with the manager felt warm and welcoming, yet professional. We talked a lot about the job and my experience. The interviewer seemed interested in another interview, and I was hopeful. I left feeling good and anticipating a second interview and a potential future with the company. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them; I never got a callback or an invitation for another interview.
