It was a really long interview process. They had some group assessment centre tasks too. It was confusing though because the interview was too short and vague with no structured questions. It would have been better if they had more structured questions.

I got contacted for a phone interview the night before they requested an interview. I responded quickly and didn't get a response from them via email, so I figured they weren't interested anymore. The next day, I followed up to see if they were still interested -- still no response. Instead, I got a call after 7 PM which turned out to be the phone interview. I never heard back after multiple follow ups. It was a very unprofessional interview experience, and I didn't expect that from Sony.

Behavioral Technical

So, first I applied online, and then HR called a few of us to interview on campus. They asked pretty general, behavioral questions. If they thought I was a good fit, they sent my resume to departments they thought might be a match. Then it was up to those departments to interview me. Their questions were way more specific about how I'd help the team.
