Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a stellar interview process, starting from the HR screening, then the hiring manager interview, and finally the hiring team interview. They even said things like "You're hired!" because my experience was perfect for the role. I really put in the effort during these interviews, and in this tough job market, I felt good about my chances since I had prior Coordinator experience. I highlighted my desire to grow into a senior role, and they seemed to really connect with my goals, making it clear I was a good fit. But then they ghosted me for a week after the final interview. When I finally reached out to HR, I found out they decided to go with another candidate. It was rough, but what really hurt was the lie. They actually killed the role and hired a manager from another company, which blocked my opportunity for advancement. There are some really bad hiring practices out there, but the HR rep, hiring manager, and hiring team for this role were ghoulish.

Behavioral Technical

There were three interviews, including an initial chat with HR. The process was quick, and the HR team was very responsive and communicative. The hiring team was diverse, down to earth, and accomplished but not pretentious. The final round involved many questions about who you are and how you think, in a professional context.
