Applied with my CL and Resume, then had a phone call with the recruiter (1st round). After that, I had a video interview with the director of the department I would be working in. Then I got a phone call with the offer.

The process was quick and everyone was friendly, but after 3 rounds, I heard nothing back. I later saw on LinkedIn that they hired someone else. It would have been nice if they had let me know they'd hired someone after we went through multiple rounds including technical assessments and panels.

It was like half of a super day, with the team. The team was pretty chill and mostly asked fit questions. Started with a phone screen, then they had me come in for one round with the team, and a second round with senior management.
