It was a long process, with 3 stages. First, an initial interview. Then, I had to create a slide presentation in English. Finally, I had to do a briefing in person, in the same room as other candidates.

The Spark Hire interview was straightforward and easy. It was very well directed and self-explanatory. Plenty of time to think and answer, but there were limited takes. Great guidance before the interview. The first process of submitting the application and cover letter was seamless and easy to follow.

I did a one-way interview first, then I talked with two people, and one of them is going to be my manager. The first interview was pretty basic, mostly asking about times I worked through challenges or as part of a team. They also asked me who my favorite artist was from the record label I applied to.
