Manager
Appalled at the interview process at this company. I had three separate interviews: one with HR, one with the hiring manager, and one with the VP of the department. All three went great and I felt like answered all their questions and made a good impression. The problems starting coming up because of the length of time it was taking between contact. In total it took almost 3.5 months for the whole process, only to find out that I did not get the position. The last interview was almost 7 weeks prior to finding out I did not get the job. And the HR contact ignored multiple emails I sent asking for updates. Severely disappointed in this process and hope that this is remedied for the next person to interview with this company.

Creative Manager
I found the role on Sony's website and applied. The interview process included a chat with the department's VP and a manager who has a similar job. We talked about my career goals, my interest in Sony, and my thoughts on the music industry, like my favorite artists and where I think it's headed. They mentioned having a few other strong candidates and said they'd get back to me in about a month, which they did.

Assistant Manager
The hiring process was really smooth and they were accurate in what they were looking for. They seemed to value attention to detail and measured my confidence. I'm super grateful for the people who hired me and gave me this chance to advance my career with such a large company.
