I applied online and then a HR person from CA called me for a quick phone chat. After that, I was set up to meet with the store manager the next day. The interview was super laid back, and they just asked me a bunch of stuff about my resume and my past work. They threw in a simple roleplay where I had to sell them a TV, camera, or phone. They also asked me some questions about general SONY product knowledge, like how many megapixels different phone cameras have and which items I'd feel good about explaining and selling to customers. I was ready with info for the roleplay, and the interviewer was really impressed and hired me right then.

I applied about a week before I got the call from the HR recruiter. She asked me some basic questions about my interest and set up my interview. She also sent an email with a link for more information I had to fill out before my interview. I arrived early for the interview but had to wait until the store opened. Once inside, I waited for the manager for about 15 more minutes. Then, he asked me questions about my past work experiences that were on my resume. After that, he told me I would be a good fit and that I should hear from the HR recruiter soon about a drug test and background check.
