The interview process involved at least 3 rounds, lasting 8 hours or more. One interviewer came across as quite cold, making me question the company culture. I was told she's just direct, which is fine for work, but not ideal when trying to get to know each other during an interview, as interviews are a two-way street.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Interviewing with the Sonos team was a good experience overall. They went through the job requirements, asked about my experience as an SDET, and the technical round focused on automation framework questions and processes. I also had a coding round with a mid-level DS & algo question where I had to run and test the code. Email communication was good until the interviews were over. It's been a week since finishing the interviews and I haven't received any feedback. It takes 5 minutes to let a candidate know they're moving forward with others. Ghosting a candidate after spending 5 hours with them is unprofessional. A simple rejection email is all HR needs.
