Technical Support Engineer
Started with a phone interview with the Manager, then a Technical Panel Interview. After that, there was another technical phone interview, and finally HR. The first chat was mainly to get to know you. The panel interview involved scenario-based questions and typical technical ones. The last phone interview was a surprise to see how I'd respond to unexpected questions without being prepared.
- What's your approach when a client is upset about something that isn't your fault?

The interview process spanned about a week from the initial contact to the final discussion. The first conversation with the recruiter was quite pleasant. Following that, I had a discussion with a site manager and a lead engineer, which also felt comfortable and laid-back. The last interview was with a manager from a different office. Overall, I had a very positive experience with SonicWall and the team; the whole thing felt very natural.
