Technical Case

The interview process was very fast with good feedback, and the HR contact was reliable and answered emails. The first step was a screening call with a hiring manager in the revenue department. The second step was a revenue management challenge to complete within 24 hours. Finally, there was a panel interview with the rest of the team.

Behavioral Technical Case

The HR interview was standard. They shared good info about the company and its growth plans, but didn't really talk about the culture, just said there are 'a lot of smart people here'. The hiring team interview wasn't great. They didn't introduce themselves, didn't ask anything to get to know me, and just jumped straight into job skill questions. They seemed annoyed. They gave me a skills assessment case study, but the info was vague and not very practical for making real decisions. It took them over a month to get back to me after I submitted the case study. It felt like the hiring team wasn't sure what they wanted, lacked engagement, and didn't seem interested in the process. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't get selected because the interview experience felt like it would reflect how things are at the company.

Behavioral Technical Case

I had a first screening phone call where I needed to talk about my resume and answer some basic questions. A week later, another interview with specific questions about revenue management metrics, etc. Then I had a challenge to complete in 24 hours. It was supposed to take only 2-3 hours but you probably need to spend about 5-6 hours in total. They told me I have a final "virtual on-site" interview of 2 hours long. It consisted of 2 interviews with some behavioral questions, and then one-hour interview with a pricing exercise. This exercise was very difficult, and the guy just did not like the way I was reasoning and he wanted me to guess "his way" of doing things. Although the all the other interviewers were nice and friendly, this one seemed very odd. After all those steps, I just received an voice message saying that they preferred other candidates. No feedback, no nothing. Waste of time. They have the most unprofessional HR people I have ever seen. You always need to email them for the next steps otherwise you can be waiting for weeks. After I told the HR two times that I was not available for a certain week, she still scheduled the interview on that week and emailed me on the same day!
