I spoke with a really nice and professional Talent Acquisition Specialist for my first interview, which lasted about 30 minutes. They asked standard questions about my background and some behavioral ones. I kind of knew I wouldn't move forward by the end, but it was cool that the Specialist still sent a personalized email afterwards. Left with a good feeling about the company, you know, like how they treat candidates shows how they treat employees.
