It was super chill. I did a test on general knowledge and then spoke with the recruiter, who was really nice. Then they selected candidates who passed this first interview stage to then speak with the manager, who basically asked me the same questions the recruiter had asked initially. After that, I handed in my documents and did the medical exam.

First, there's a test with questions about logical reasoning, Portuguese, and math, which are easy. After that, there's a very relaxed interview, with questions about your interests, why you're applying, future plans, and any previous experience you have, and what you've worked on before. When I joined, I had two interviews, one at the store where I would work and another at Jaçanã, where those who passed would open an account.
