I recently interviewed for an administrative assistant position at Sonda. The interview was in person and very relaxed. The recruiter was very nice, explained the company's structure, the involved departments, and how the daily routine for the role would work. They also talked a bit about Sonda's values, emphasizing teamwork, organization, and commitment to results. During the chat, they asked about my past experiences, especially with operational tasks and basic daily routines. They also wanted to know how I handle deadlines, if I pick up new tasks easily, and if I'm open to advancing within the company. The questions were straightforward and focused on the job, not too stressful. My impression of Sonda was very good. The company seems well-organized with real growth opportunities for those who show dedication and responsibility.

The interview was very well planned. The interviewer was very dedicated, and the interview flowed super well. I felt very comfortable answering all the questions asked of me. The company really cares about the quality of service, which was a big topic in the interview. I liked that they prioritize the customers who frequent their stores.

It was super chill. I did a test on general knowledge and then spoke with the recruiter, who was really nice. Then they selected candidates who passed this first interview stage to then speak with the manager, who basically asked me the same questions the recruiter had asked initially. After that, I handed in my documents and did the medical exam.

It's very tiring, inhumane. They forget about you for days without feedback. The supervisors, called 'fiscais', don't do their jobs correctly. They make you do their work, like telling customers to pick up their own rasured products, even though some customers don't make it easy for us and we feel awkward asking because it's their right. The monthly employees make complaint lists about the hourly ones, and the manager doesn't even know. And if they know, why do they allow it? God will hold them accountable one day...
