Senior Project Manager
So, I had two interviews back-to-back in less than a week, one with the project lead and another with the PMO. After those, I reached out to both of them to say I was still interested and to ask about what was next. But yeah, no update on my status or how I did, which was a bummer. Left hanging without any feedback.
- Can you discuss your experience as a project manager?
- How would you describe your interpersonal skills?
Project Manager
The first round was technical, and it went well, but the company was really unprofessional. They asked about my salary expectations in this round, but they didn't even bother to provide an update on the interview. I had to follow up multiple times with HR for two weeks, and then I left. If they don't have the budget or no intention to recruit, why waste the candidates' time? It's seriously unethical. With this, you can sense how the work culture would be, so it's better to avoid.
- It was all simple questions and it went well
- Average PM and agile related questions
Project Manager
It was smooth and not much difficult questions being asked. It was a telephonic interview by technology experts and then followed by another telephonic interview with the HR. They were really nice and explained about the company well, which intrigued me to join the organization.
- Could you describe your current role?
- What contributions can you make to Sonata?
- Tell me about your recent accomplishments.
