- Can you describe your current role?
Consultant
I got a call and asked for my expectation. i did tell my expected salary and cleared two virtual technical rounds. But in HR round i was told that my salary expectation is very high and they cannot pay that much. HR tries to make u feel u are not worth the salary ur are asking for. They give unnecessary reasons and try to make ur mind for less salary. They expect people to change jobs just for 20% to 30% hike which is very bad. Company not fit for experienced people. Only freshers will be suitable for this company experienced people will not be happy.
