The interview process started with a call, then there was an interview where we talked about the job like normal people do on a daily basis, multiple times. I tried to come up with interview questions. IF YOU DON'T MIND IT WILL BE THE ONE TO CREATE JOB AIDS TO HELP EVERYONE.

Coding

I got to the second interview which was a coding challenge. It involved building about 5 features using HTML and CSS within 1 hour and 20 minutes, by myself. I think I did pretty well, especially since I've been doing FE dev recently and can pick things up fast. But, they didn't invite me to a third interview, which would've been behavioral. The interview process felt pretty standard, but they took forever to get back to me about not being considered. I felt like they waited until I chased them a few times to tell me.

Technical Behavioral

It started with a technical and behavioral part. They also took us out to dinner, which was a nice touch to see the employees and culture. But they never told me if I got the job or not, which was surprising given how they presented themselves. There was also some confusion about the position I was applying for, and if someone else hadn't dropped out, they wouldn't have had space for me in my desired role. Overall, the experience was pretty average for this field, and better communication would have made it better. I wouldn't tell my friends to apply.

Technical Behavioral

It was a pretty smooth interview process. First, HR contacted me to set up a telephonic interview. After that, I spoke with the project manager head. Then, I was invited to their HQ for two more rounds. The first was a technical interview with the team lead and manager. The next round was with the co-founder and involved general behavioral questions.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • You should prepare for puzzles.
  • You should also prepare for C# questions for S/W development roles.
