They gave me a scenario where a customer was going on a one year anniversary trip to the Bahamas and I had to pick out vacation items for her. After that, the store manager asked me general questions about past customer experiences. Since this was my first job, she had to adjust the questions a bit. It was an easy interview overall. The only thing was that you have to meet a sales quota and she said the store wasn't very busy, making it hard to do that. Also, the girls working there usually only work 4-hour shifts. The pay is minimum wage with a bonus for meeting sales quotas, but I found it too stressful and thought it would be hard to make money working only 4-hour shifts a few days a week. She offered me the job right away, but I had another interview and needed a few days to decide.

I applied online and got a call back about two weeks later for a phone interview. Later that same day, I had a one-on-one with the manager, who asked pretty much the same things. She was really nice and friendly. The interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. They said I'd hear back in about a week about the job offer. It actually took them about two weeks, but she called and offered me the position. I went in for paperwork later that week.

After applying online, they gave me a call and I had a phone interview. They asked me about my previous experience, some sales situations I've been in, and how I could help the company. My interview was with the District Manager. After a few questions, we went out to the sales floor and did a role play where I had to sell a product to her. The following week, I interviewed with the store manager I'd be reporting to.
