First, there was an HR screening, then a couple of video panel rounds. I thought my interview went great and they gave me a verbal offer. But then the next day, I got an email saying I was rejected, no explanation for why I didn't get the formal offer. Total waste of time and so disrespectful!!!

First, I had a phone interview where we talked about my resume and the company. About a week later, there was a technical phone screen where I coded two problems in a shared online space with a software engineer. The next step was an in-person interview in San Diego with three software engineers. We chatted about my background, what I'm looking for salary-wise, and why I want to work there. Then, I had to solve three problems on a whiteboard. Kind of a weird moment, one of the interviewers just left the room mid-interview.

Behavioral Other

Great discussion and transparent interview. Very non-threatening yet direct interview. Was informed of position specific intricacies and requirements. I had the opportunity to ask questions and they were clearly answered. I would suggest SOLUTE to newly retiring military members, namely Navy, as their positions are often Navy-centric and require particular skillsets. SOLUTE's staff is young and eager to get the job done.

After getting an email, I had an initial phone screen with a senior engineer. This included some technical questions. Immediately following the phone interview, I was invited for an on-site interview. This on-site involved the same senior engineer and other members of the project team.
