I did three interviews in person with the DM, then had phone interviews with HR and RM. It took about 2 weeks to get an offer. After interviewing, I did a background check and got the offer letter and call. I started within two weeks. It took less than a month from interview to start date. I've seen the process take less than a week.

I found the job on a job site and applied online. A personality test called People Answers was used to assess candidates. Since I had taken it before, my application moved fast. About a week after applying, the HR team from the home office contacted me for a 1-hour phone interview. A few days later, the same HR rep called me back to set up an interview with the District Manager. A few days after that, I had that 1-hour phone interview. About a week later, I met the District Manager face-to-face. A week after that, I had a phone interview with the Regional Director. A few days later, the HR rep called with an offer, which I accepted.

I applied online and got a short phone chat. A few days later, I had my first in-person meeting. Then, a few days after that, I got a call for a second in-person meeting with higher management. Finally, I got a third call to set up a third in-person meeting with senior management. It was a lot of interviews, but it was cool to learn about the team and the company.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Tell me about a time you faced a specific situation and how you handled it.
  • When answering, avoid hypothetical scenarios.
  • Respond authentically, as you would in your role managing a store and its staff.
