I had an interview with the store manager and key holder for about 30 minutes. It was pretty relaxed, and I felt comfortable after a bit. They mentioned they'd call me within a week if I got the job. It actually took them 9 days to call, which made me think I didn't get it since I'm not very patient. I ended up starting two weeks after that call. The store I work at isn't super busy, so it can be slow. If you prefer a faster pace, I'd suggest looking into busier locations like Irvine Spectrum or Beverly Center.

I saw that Solstice was hiring and applied online in mid-May. The hiring manager called me at the end of the month and we set up an interview for a few days later. The interview lasted 30 to 45 minutes. We talked about fashion and my vacation, and she asked 3 questions about the job. She asked if I had retail experience, how I'd handle a suspected shoplifter, and why I wanted to work there. She mentioned the district manager might want a phone interview, but if not, I'd get the job. I was hired about 4 days later. The process was good but took a bit of time.

After submitting your application online, expect a call within a week to schedule an in-person interview. The interview itself is quite straightforward and conducted professionally. Following the interview, you'll be given two online tests to complete at home; one has a time limit, the other does not. Doing well on both tests should lead to an offer.
