Had a first round phone interview with very standard questions. Then an onsite interview where I met with the managing recruiter and saw the office. They asked about my knowledge of VMS's and my recruiting experience.

I had about 6 interviews with different people at the company. It was pretty standard, covering my experience, what I specialize in, if I do contract work, and my availability to start.

I took a trip to New York for an interview with these gentlemen. After the interview, they asked for 3 referrals. I'm not sure why they'd ask for that so early in the process, maybe for client leads or candidate leads? Then they just disappeared. It was a horrible experience and how they treat people is awful. Most of the time there was spent filling out their paperwork, and the actual interview was only about 15 minutes. They promised me another interview and to stay in touch, but then they vanished. I called and emailed them repeatedly, but got no response. It's the worst agency ever, don't waste your time.
