So, the interview had 8 rounds total. First, it was Physics MCQs and basic C programming. Then, Round 2 was Aptitude, Physics, and C fill-in-the-blanks. After that, Round 3 was Programming 1, and Round 4 was advanced Programming 2. Round 5 was Technical HR, where they asked for a self-intro, questions about my resume (projects, area of interest), and basic engineering concepts. Round 6 was General HR, covering family background, why I'm interested in Soliton, and some personal questions. Round 7 was Design and GD, which was the longest round, where we had to come up with a solution design for a given problem statement and show good communication skills. Finally, Round 8 was Essay Writing, with questions related to Soliton.

The interview process begins with a written test lasting 1 hour, with 10 questions covering Physics, coding, circuits, aptitude, and general topics. You need to provide detailed solutions, not just answers. Scoring 4/10 gets you to the next stage, and only 10% pass this round. Next is a puzzle round where you'll face 3-5 general puzzles. Following that is a technical interview with the CEO where you'll present a project for 5 minutes. Then, there's an HR interview, a coding round focusing on basic C/C++ and tougher questions, and a personality/essay round. In the essay round, you'll write about why you want to join Soliton and your 3-5 year goals, focusing on honesty rather than writing skills. The final round is a group discussion with a design problem, monitored by the CEO to assess teamwork and technical approach.
