Analyst
I had the chance to interview for an analyst position at Dassault Systèmes, a company I knew well since I had worked there before. The discussion was both technical and strategic. The recruiter wanted to assess my ability to interpret complex data to guide business decisions, especially regarding sales performance and process optimization. I was able to highlight my knowledge of internal tools, my past experience in managing cross-functional projects, and my understanding of Dassault's ecosystem specific issues. The interview ended with a more open discussion about career development prospects in this type of role, which strengthened my interest in the position.

Software Engineer
Had a really good experience interviewing with this impressive company. It was a full-day thing, with 10 people interviewing me. The questions weren't too tough. Just be ready to dive deep into your past work and show you've actually used the tech on your resume. The people are great, the work sounds awesome, and the office environment is incredible – not many places have private cabins and pool tables like this.
- Can you discuss your work experiences?
- Demonstrate your experience with technologies listed on your resume.
- A question involving algorithms.
Marketing
I interviewed with two managers. The interview went well, but my overall experience at SOLIDWORKS was terrible. I will explain that in a review of the company later on. In short, the intern program has good intentions but DOES NOT have a system of checks and balances. However, I would like to help SOLIDWORKS strengthen their program to ensure that future interns do not have bad experiences.
- What would be your response if a manager from a different team requested that you take on a project?

The process was quick and straightforward. It was conducted online, and the HR representative who interviewed me was punctual. I liked the company and their hiring process.
