It's literally an audition. You pick a date from the options provided. Come prepared to coach 2 exercises in just a couple minutes and have a song selected too. Then, each person goes one by one in front of everyone to instruct the "class".

The interview process was pretty straightforward and fast. They're mainly looking for someone with a positive attitude and a commitment to complete the training and coach consistently. Besides the audition, you'll answer some questions about yourself and why you want to coach, and confirm your availability for coaching and training.

This company is an elitist, exclusionary place that will waste your time and lead you on. Their business model is like an MLM/pyramid scheme, and they won't hire you unless you've paid enough by taking their classes. I went through their interview process twice, in the spring and summer. In the spring, they said I didn't have enough classes, even though I finished the interview, was available, and showed I was serious. They contacted me for the next hiring round since my application was still on file. I told them upfront about the number of classes I'd taken and the cost of an unlimited membership. They said it was fine and even assigned me some classes. I committed to the training schedule, made sure my availability was clear, took classes with master trainers to learn cueing, and even had a call with the head recruiter. They showed me the onboarding powerpoint early and told me to take notes because I'd see it again. Then, I was rejected AGAIN. No call, just the same canned rejection email as before. Also, they advertise paying $11/hour during training, which is illegal in Virginia where minimum wage is $12/hour. Don't apply here. They don't care about applicants, which shows how they'd treat employees. Terrible experience. I won't be a client again after seeing their culture and values firsthand.
