Coach
The interview process was pretty straightforward and fast. They're mainly looking for someone with a positive attitude and a commitment to complete the training and coach consistently. Besides the audition, you'll answer some questions about yourself and why you want to coach, and confirm your availability for coaching and training.
- What sparked your interest in coaching?
- Why are you interested in coaching?
Human Resources Business Partner
Started with a phone screen and then had an in person interview with the hiring manager on site. The people were very nice and the company values are strong! Lots of growth opportunities, but the salaries are a bit lower because the company is headquartered in a HCOL area.
- What does strength mean to you personally?
Coach and Community Manager
My interview started with a call from someone who was in a parking lot in a tank. We had to cut it short because their phone died. Later, I got an email from HQ about a seminar on professional interviewing. It's funny, but it also shows how organized they are and how much they value their coaches. Management seems overwhelmed and lacks the resources to handle their responsibilities, which leads to unfulfilled company promises affecting other employees. While the studio team is usually great, the higher-ups come across as jaded and unhelpful.
- What new initiatives would you propose to increase studio attendance?
Business Development
The interview process felt a bit disorganized and scattered. It seems like there might have been some management changes since I interviewed, but the process management was definitely lacking. I ended up meeting with quite a few people on the team, and I did a fair amount of work for them, which felt like I was being taken advantage of for free consulting.
