Product and Program Manager
This interview experience was quite frustrating. The first round was a recruiter screening. The job title, salary, and description had all changed by the time of the screening, which was a bit confusing. The recruiter asked basic screening questions but couldn't answer my questions about the role. Despite this, I proceeded to the next interview with the Hiring Manager. In the second interview, the Hiring Manager spent the first 10 minutes talking about herself and the product before discussing the role or asking me questions. She also mentioned how she encouraged the previous person in the role to move to another department, which gave me a sense of her management style. The interview ended with a question about my thinking style. I received feedback within 20 hours that they were moving on with other candidates, and I agreed with the recruiter that they should find someone who is a better fit culturally. It's disappointing when a company looks good on the outside but isn't great internally.
- Can you give an example to illustrate whether you are a "black and white" thinker or a "gray" thinker?
Purchasing Administrative Associate
The interview process here uses a panel format. You'll be talking to several people from the hiring team and management all at the same time. They structure questions using the STAR method, so be ready to give detailed examples of your past experiences, how you solved problems, and your skills that fit the job.
- When faced with several critical tasks simultaneously, what's your approach to prioritization?
Training Manager
I recently interviewed with Solenis, and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and engaged. The recruiter was very communicative and helped make the process smooth. When my panel interview invite didn't arrive, they called me to confirm the details, which I appreciated. The interview was well-structured, focusing on my skills and experience and how they align with the role and company. It felt like a conversation about how my background could contribute to the team. The interviewers were thoughtful and engaged. Solenis made a great impression with their professionalism, communication, and focus on fit. The process was smooth and enjoyable.
- Can you share an instance where a project encountered setbacks? Describe your actions to rectify the situation and the lessons you gained from it.
Técnico De Campo II
The process is very lengthy and complicated, it goes through many unnecessary stages, and the feedback is also very slow (over a month) and they don't give feedback to the interviewees when they don't continue, they just send a message on WhatsApp saying if they continue or not in the process, but if you ask why you weren't selected they respond that they don't know or don't respond at all.
- Tell me about your studies.
- What are your career plans?
- What do you expect from the company?
