The interview process was good. Interviews started on time. I felt comfortable answering questions at every stage. I got enough time to complete technical tasks. They responded to my answers politely without any judgment. After each interview, I received an email from the recruiter detailing the next steps and expected waiting time for results. I liked the open interview format, which helped me learn more about the internship. The initial phone call with the recruiter and the overall process made me feel like this is a company that cares about its employees.

I applied for an internship in the finance group through my campus recruiting website. The process involved a phone interview followed by meeting three different people for 15-20 minute interviews each. It was a really simple and laid-back process; I wore a suit, which turned out to be completely unnecessary.

Presentation Group Behavioral

The interview process was very well organized and designed to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. It kicked off with a presentation about the company and the day's schedule, followed by an icebreaker activity to help everyone relax. The fifteen candidates were split into three groups of five and tasked with creating a presentation about a product, with complete freedom on product details, budget, timeline, and strategy. Afterward, interviews were conducted in a 'speed dating' style, with candidates rotating between interviewers every few minutes. Overall, it was a really positive experience, perfectly structured for candidates to showcase their strengths.
