Account Manager

- Have you handled full-cycle deals before?
Account Manager
Had a 30-min intro chat with the Recruiter, then they set up a 1-hour panel Teams interview with the Sales Managers (3 of them). It was a good, back-and-forth chat where they answered all my questions. Since my recruiter was out, her supervisor jumped in to speed things up, and I then interviewed with the Sales Director. The whole thing took about 10 days from start to offer.
- Is commuting to the office three days a week an issue given you live far away?
Account Manager
The hiring process was really smooth and fast, it only took 10 days from start to finish. There were 4 steps in total, and everything was conducted over Zoom. The questions were pretty standard, nothing too tricky, and everyone I spoke with was friendly. The recruiter kept me updated throughout the whole thing.
- Tell me about your top 3 strengths.
- Share examples of deals you've successfully closed.
- Describe a challenging situation you encountered in a previous job.
