They started by giving an overview of the company, its purpose, and its goals. They emphasized a casual dress code and asked candidates to wear very casual attire. The practical part involved climbing a fake roof and attempting to drill holes. The candidate's attempt was unsuccessful due to wearing dressy shoes, which caused slipping and felt unsafe. Following this, there were individual private interviews.
