It's a standard interview, but make sure you come with your own questions ready because theirs are pretty brief. They really want to see that you're interested and genuinely passionate about their field. They'll be looking for proof of your sales experience and a real passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Even though they asked you to dress up, it's a pretty casual interview process. You'll meet one on one with your potential manager. They'll go through your resume and ask you questions about your background. For this position, they are looking for someone who's a go-getter, someone with a can-do attitude and someone with LOTS of energy. They want to make sure you're a people's person and someone with an easy and outgoing personality.

I got this interview through a friend's referral, who was also referred by a friend. It seems really tough to get an interview if you apply online. My advice, if you're really set on this and don't mind being a bit forward, is to show up in person, look sharp, introduce yourself, and kindly ask if a senior manager has a moment to chat. The managers are pretty chill since they don't seem to do much, so they likely have the time.
