The process began with a recruiter call, and they got back to me really quickly, the next day. They asked more in-depth questions about my background and suitability for the role. Next, I had to complete an online exam focused on engineering and electrical fundamentals, which was then passed to the hiring manager. Following that, I had two more phone interviews within a week with different hiring managers. These interviews focused on my knowledge of the company and the specific job. Finally, I had an in-person interview with one of the hiring managers I had previously spoken with over the phone. The whole experience spanned about three weeks.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • In an in-person interview, I was presented with a scenario about a man lost in the woods. Given minimal details, I was expected to ask a series of questions to determine how he found himself in that predicament.
  • This question aimed to assess how a candidate handles situations with limited information, their ability to find answers promptly, and their comfort level in seeking assistance.
