First, I talked to a recruiter. Then, I had a panel interview with the hiring manager, people from my department, and also people from other departments. It went pretty fast and was managed well.

So first we had a group discussion. We kicked things off with self-introductions, and then the HR asked us to brainstorm and present an idea for a new business division for Sojitz within our groups. After that, I had a one-on-one interview where they asked the usual questions, like why I want to join Sojitz. They also dove into specifics from my CV and application; for instance, I mentioned being interested in marine biology, and the interviewer shared that she had a background in it too.

Behavioral Technical

There were 3 different interview processes, including a headhunter interview. The first interview wasn't too difficult; I just explained my work experience and background. The second interview was more technical, where they asked me to explain my business area in more detail. The third interview was a normal meeting with the MD and HR manager to check my personality and academic background.
